Positive skin turnover
I began taking this for beauty about a week ago, so I can’t assess the full effect yet. I'm taking it with vitamin C and cysteine. It seems to have positively influenced my skin's turnover as the healed pimples cleared quicker. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no distinct taste. I'm eager to see how my skin evolves!

Skin radiance observed
Nice for cleansing the liver from toxins. However, I didn’t feel a significant difference in skin whitening. I expect better quality and formula from the blue company. I took it with vitamin C, which improved my skin. It cleared up, and the pimples decreased and became radiant, but it didn’t lighten significantly. The quantity is sufficient for a month. At 20 years old, the package was closed. The taste is slightly off-putting. It’s normal to incorporate it into my diet. It cleanses the body and acts as an oxidant.

Since I started taking this, I’ve noticed fewer rough patches on my skin. I had one or two pimples before my period, but otherwise, I've had no further breakouts, so I will continue taking this.
